Most of them don't see the vision and you are just randomly hitting on people like this and there are lesser chances that you will find the right person. So first look out for someone who really motivates you up there. If you are passionate about your business then you should have the same kind of people to make it a success. A successful team needs people in every position so find the one who juices you up.
The next thing you can do is to find out the people who motivate you or whom you look forward to for any sort of inspiration. Generally these are the people who are open to new business ideas and there is a lesser chance that they would dismiss your business as a scam. You should be passionate about your business and you should look for same kind of people to build it for you. A successful team needs the right kind of people in every position. So find the right people who are the getters in life.
Another thing that is important is getting directions. Find out people who have already done it and know how to get it there. So If you want to climb Mount Everest would you climb it on your own or look for some one who has already done it and ask for directions. This is what having a mentor can do it for you as it helps you to save time as you may not make those mistakes which you are going to make on your journey to success
