Learn How To Sponsor Like A Expert
It's a fact that every Network Marketer knows, recruiting and the selling of products are the only two things that will produce an income in your business
This may go against the grain a bit, but it's not just the company and products that this industry is about. New folks joining are probably joining because they are wanting to work directly with you and the company may be of little importance in their minds. It's vital that you have positioned yourself in the market place appropriately i.e. as a leader.
Following are some lessons that I learned from personal experience that will help you sponsor more people into your business,
Don't cosset and pamper your team members -
One to take notice of. Naturally we want our team to be successful, as if they make money so do we, but you don't want to get yourself tied down constantly answering questions. I quickly found myself becoming tied up with technical and silly questions. Yes I want to be there for my team and help them, but equally I needed to free up my time to continue to grow my business. I was taught by a great mentor in the industry to do things in group sessions, group training and answering of questions wins the game. This is 1000% more time effective for me plus the feedback from team members tells me that it works wonders! If you are a smart marketer you will do this for your team also. Take advantage of group trainings.
Outsource as much as possible -
This can sometimes be tricky, letting go of personal control of your business. If like myself, you want things done properly then it can be tough to delegate. On the other side of the coin though, it's not good use of my time to be doing menial tasks that I could pay someone else to do. After all there are plenty of people from developing countries who are willing to do a good job for $2-$5 per hour. So cut straight to the point and outsource as soon as you start making money, or if you have money to play with, outsource from day 1! This will free you up to concentrate on that all important sponsoring.
Be willing to learn -
Whatever area of life, anyone who has been very successful will have been coached by someone better than them. Continual learning is so important to your business and no one will ever know it all. It's a no brainer, if you want to be the top of this industry, you MUST seek out the appropriate training and coaching.
Generate your own leads -
Something that every MLM marketer needs is leads, and lots of them! For many Network Markers this is the largest problem they face, a shortage of leads. Many network marketers are told to make a list of their friends and family plus other acquaintances and then try and get these people to join your business, maybe also they are told to hand out in shopping malls and Starbucks to try and recruit!. These methods can and do work, but let's face it, there must be a better way surely. So you need to attract leads to YOU instead. By using the principles of attraction marketing and using an automated sales funnel you have massively boost your success levels.
