The Four Shades of Personality
Yellow - This personality type consists of the charitable, giving people. Nurses, volunteers, charity workers and social workers can all be examples of this personality type. Focus on how your business, and the potential income they can make, will help them to help others.
Blue - The blue people are the adventuresome type, the party-goers and socialites. Direct your presentation to this type of person as a way to reach others, increase their social life and give them a challenge.
Red - These people are highly driven by money and very successful at what they do. Present them with ways of how your business can make their financial dreams come true.
Green - Green people are analytical. They prefer numbers and statistics over words. These people are often scientists, engineers and accountants. Give them the hard facts of your business and let them investigate and research on their own before pressing them to make a decision.
Practice Often
If you feel a little color blind here and are not having an easy time categorizing people into one of these groups, just give it some time. Practice where ever you go. What color is your assistant, your doctor, etc. In no time you'll find it easy to target your communication for each type. Then just sit back and watch your MLM downline grow.
