I am confident if you talk to different people that are involved in network marketing you will hear different methods on how to grow a business. Some businesses will tell you to make a list of all your friends and family and approach them about a business. Some will tell you the most effective way is to do cold calling and make sure you call thousands of people. Other network marketing companies will tell you to do home parties or opportunity meetings. The truth is they all work however the key to building your business is using 'the power of attraction' through 'relationship marketing'.

Relationship marketing or attraction marketing is all about getting to know your prospect and building a relationship so they see you as a leader or somebody who cares about them. Here are my five tips for ways to become successful using relationship marketing on the internet.
1) Brand your self as a leader. People are in search of someone to help them achieve their dreams. They aren't looking for hype. They want to find somebody who they feel they can follow and learn from them.
2) Use social media like facebook, youtube, twitter, etc. to connect with people. You need to build a relationship with people. Do not sell on these social media sites. Just connect with them. Make comments on what they are saying and comments on their pictures. Make comments on blog sites and forums. Again not selling but attempt to get in a conversation and show your knowledge.
3) Use photos and videos. Put up pictures of your self and perhaps even your family. Look for fun pictures where they see you smiling and enjoying life. Your prospects and customers will become more comfortable with you and they see you as a real person not just a salesperson.
4) Put up new content. If you've a blog or even on facebook, keep putting new content on your sites. If you've a blog or youtube at least twice a week. If you are writing articles, the more the merrier. Keep writing and putting them on differernt article websites. On the social media sites at least every day if not more.
5) Last but not least, do what you say you're going to do. Do not make false claims or tell lies. If people ask you a question and you don't know the answer do not be afraid of saying "I don't know". Tell them you do not know but you'll find the answer and you will get back to them. Fulfilling commitments and being honest is way more important to people then trying to come across like you know everything.
Take the time to search out the top leaders in any business but especially in network marketing. You'll see they're posting new content,you will find their photos and videos all over the web. If you search out the big network marketing companies, you will always find info about the top leaders when you are just searching for the companies.
